Richard Dixon founded the business in 1982 along with his wife Sandra Dixon. Richard’s son James Dixon started working for the company in 2002 as a qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer and is now Managing Director and runs the company along with his wife Sarah Dixon who is the Office Manager.
We are members of BESCA and are successfully audited on technical ability and Health & Safety compliance annually and are able to self-certify and register our projects under Part P of the building regulations directly with the local authority . We are members of the industry trade body F-GAS with regards to Refrigerant Handling and Disposal and we also have a retained service with HCS Safety and we are succesfully audited on health & safety compliance annually.
Our engineers have a wealth of experience and qualified to the highest of standards. All staff attends various manufacturer and health and safety training courses annually keeping them up to date with the trends and demands in the industry.
